About the Role
As
Assistant Manager, you'll be leading from the front, supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You'll be hands-on with the team, driving performance, delivering amazing customer experiences, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager with operations and store performance
Lead and inspire your team with energy and enthusiasm
Drive customer service and standards through a hands-on approach
Take ownership of visual merchandising, stock processes, and team training
Smash KPIs through sales leadership and commercial awareness
Keep the store compliant, safe, and operational at all times
What We're Looking For:
Experience as an
Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor
A natural leader who's hands-on, fast-moving, and commercially focused
Passion for retail, customer service, and team development
Great energy, problem-solving skills, and drive to succeed
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak periods
