A growing engineering and manufacturing company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support both bid submissions and programme delivery activities across the business.
This role sits between engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams, helping coordinate RFQs, maintain project documentation, track milestones, and support governance processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone with project coordination or bid support experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate RFQs, quotations, and bid documentation
* Support project scheduling, milestones, and reporting
* Liaise with engineering, operations, finance, and purchasing teams
* Maintain programme documentation and governance records
* Track risks, actions, and resource usage
Requirements
* Experience in bid coordination, project coordination, or programme support
* Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* ERP experience (SAP or similar) beneficial
* Confident using Microsoft Office
