🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Project Delivery (End-to-End Ownership)
* Lead delivery of new capacity and capability projects across EMEA
* Design efficient supply chain flows (physical + system)
* Drive on-time, in-full execution across multiple stakeholders
* Manage risks, issues, and change control across project lifecycles
* Support new product launches with a focus on operational readiness
Leadership & Growth
* Own and deliver projects that enable long-term regional growth
* Contribute to the 3-year supply network strategy
* Build strong business cases with clear recommendations
* Act as the operational voice within your markets
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
* Influence and align stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes
* Play a key role in network design and optimisation conversations
Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and service
* Embed sustainable processes and ways of working
* Drive a culture of proactive problem solving and improvement
