What you will do:
– Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ requirements within the area of housing adaptations.
– Develop and implement tailored care plans to enhance the living conditions and quality of life for clients.
– Collaborate with various professionals and agencies to ensure holistic care is provided.
– Provide expert advice and recommend modifications and adaptations to clients’ homes.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation for all interventions and client interactions.
Requirements to become an Occupational Therapist:
– Hold a degree or an equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
– Possess recent UK experience as an Occupational Therapist preferably within the NHS.
– Maintain a current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council HCPC.
