Salary: £26,227 - 28,500 per year Requirements: We have at least 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or service desk environment. We have strong technical support skills across Windows desktop, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365. We have experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Azure. We have knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. We are familiar with monitoring tools such as PRTG, Auvik, or similar platforms. We are customer-focused with strong communication and documentation skills. We can manage multiple priorities while meeting SLAs. Responsibilities: We are the first point of contact for customer issues. We provide technical support across desktop, server, networking, virtualisation, cloud, and security environments. We take ownership of tickets from start to finish. We work to SLAs and ensure accurate documentation. We liaise with third parties where required. We deliver a high-quality, customer-focused support experience.
