Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Watford for a Vehicle Damage Assessor. The primary responsibilities include conducting detailed vehicle damage inspections, preparing accurate repair estimates, liaising with insurance companies, and ensuring work aligns with required repair standards. The role also includes communicating effectively with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction, while collaborating with the repair team to facilitate quality and timely service.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in vehicle inspection and inspection processes for damage assessment
* Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair standards
* Strong communication skills to interact with customers, insurance representatives, and team members
* Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a high standard of service
* Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to accurately prepare estimates
* Experience in the accident repair industry or a similar field is a plus
* Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in automotive repair are preferred
