About the Role
As the Estates & Facilities Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth delivery of facilities services across a UK-wide property estate. Working closely with the Head of Property Services and the wider estates team, you will help coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, compliance administration, and contractor management.
You’ll be involved in a wide variety of work, including:
Supporting the administration and coordination of day-to-day facilities operations
Liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are met
Managing records, asset data, and insurance documentation
Assisting with health and safety documentation, compliance systems, and training coordination
