Job Description

3. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
4. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
5. Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
7. Maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation.
8. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate postings.
9. Assist in audits related to payroll processes.
10. Identify opportunities for improving payroll systems and workflows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

11. Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
12. Familiarity with payroll software and accounting systems.
13. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance.
15. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
16. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
