Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager specialising in Logistics to join our team in Rotherham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, contract negotiation, delivery and governance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to manage and optimize contracts within our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with logistics providers to ensure the best terms and services.
* Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, addressing any issues that may arise.
* Implement governance frameworks to oversee contract management processes, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, operations, and legal to align contract management strategies with business objectives.
* Conduct regular reviews and audits of contracts to identify areas for improvement and cost‑saving opportunities.
