Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out interior and exterior painting and decorating to a high standard
* Applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes as required
* Ensuring a clean and tidy work area throughout the job
* Communicating effectively with clients and team members
* Ensuring all work is completed within project timelines and quality expectations
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in painting and decorating
* Own vehicle (essential for transport to and from sites)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Excellent time management and reliability
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Valid UK driving licence
