In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on customer remediation issues. Your contributions will help ensure that our customers are put back in the right position, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing:
Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs, translating them into actionable project objectives and requirements.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify the underlying causes of issues, working alongside the project team to prevent future occurrences.
Structured Approach: Define and apply business analysis methodologies while promoting best practises across the team.
Cross Team Engagement: Foster strong relationships with various team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
People & Self Development: Take ownership of your professional growth while also supporting the development of others in the team.What You'll Need:
Essentials:
Proven experience in business analysis, particularly within Insurance, Pensions, and Investments.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, delivering clear and engaging presentations and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple demands and meet tight deadlines.
A passion for change and a customer-focused mindset.Nice to Have:
Previous experience in a rectification project.
