Duties
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft
* Organise and schedule appointments
* Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date
* Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential
* Demonstrated administrative experience in a similar role
