After winning a contract with one of the largest student accommodation providers in the UK, they are now seeking an additional engineer to manage the workload throughout Sheffield. In this field-based role, you will undertake both proactive and reactive maintenance of the building fabric within high-end student accommodation across Sheffield. You will be trusted to manage your own workload while being supported by a reliable/ experienced team. On rare occasions, nationwide travel may be required (approximately once per month), with all travel time, meals, and accommodation fully covered. This role is ideal for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer/Property Maintenance Technician who wants to maximise earnings, drive a fully equipped van (with personal use), receive training, and work consistent Monday-Friday hours with paid overtime and travel.
