We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and confident Receptionist and Admissions Administrator to join our team at Didsbury High School. In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome at our reception. In addition, you will offer confidential and efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

This position is contracted on a 37 hours per week Term Time Only basis (Part time would be considered for this position, please specify this within your application). This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so. In total you will be in work for a minimum of 37 out of 52 weeks.
Job Purpose
* Respond to enquires from visitors, staff and students.
* Provide confidential administrative support to the school including the preparation of documents and reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Skills & Experience
* Sound educational background including GCSE's in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
* Reception/Administration experience.
* Experience working in a school environment.
