Bar & Restaurant Supervisor – Fine Dining Venue Location: Bolton area Salary: £28,000 tips Hours: Full time We’re working with a highly regarded restaurant and bar in the Bolton area that’s looking for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a fine dining or high-end restaurant background who’s passionate about exceptional service and looking to develop their career within a quality, long-term environment. The Role: You’ll take a hands-on role in leading both the bar and restaurant teams, ensuring every guest receives outstanding, attentive service. You’ll also take ownership of cellar management, bar operations, and the smooth running of day-to-day service.
