What you’ll do on a typical day:
Site Administration & Document Control: Manage daily stock administration, document control, and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards
* Operational Support & Coordination: Liaise with warehouse operators work streams and WMS’ to ensure deliveries completed within required times, booking of haulier drivers and preparation of administration and delivery documentation for outbound loads
* Customer & Department Communication: Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams, maintain effective communication across departments, and respond constructively to requests
* Stock Integrity & Reporting: Assist in maintaining stock accuracy, manage claims, complete investigations into discrepancies, and produce reports
* Safety & Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, fire, and security requirements, promote GXO values, and support customs processes (TSS, Descartes) and monthly stock counts
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Excellent organisational and attention to detail, with strong experience in MS Excel, Word and 365 packages (SAP beneficial)
* Customer focused, decisive and proactive mindset to approach problems and positive outcomes.
* Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and influencing skills
