Purpose of the Role
The Regional Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the workplace experience across multiple sites. This role drives operational excellence, fosters a welcoming and productive environment, and ensures that the workplace aligns with the clients vision and our high standards of service delivery. The Regional Manager leads workplace teams, implements strategic initiatives, and acts as a key liaison between stakeholders to create exceptional workplace experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead, motivate, and support workplace teams across the region to deliver outstanding service.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development programs for the workplace teams.
Operational Excellence:
* Oversee the delivery of all workplace services, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor service standards, address issues, and engage with on-site teams.
* Manage escalations and implement solutions to ensure seamless operations.
Strategic Planning and Innovation:
* Partner with the client to understand their evolving needs and adapt services to enhance workplace experiences.
* Identify and implement innovative solutions, technology, and practices that align with ESG goals and enhance sustainability.
* Develop and execute workplace improvement initiatives, including layout optimization, event planning, and employee well-being programs.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
* Act as the primary point of contact for the stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring open communication.
* Attend regular client meetings to report on service performance, initiatives, and feedback.
* Work closely with our leadership to align regional strategies with organizational goals.
Health, Safety, and ESG Compliance:
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a safe workplace environment.
* Lead and champion sustainability and ESG initiatives across the region, such as waste reduction and energy efficiency programs.
* Maintain records and reporting for compliance, audits, and certifications.
Budget and Resource Management:
* Manage regional budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high service standards.
* Review and approve expenses, invoices, and supplier agreements.
* Monitor cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize workplace operations.
Qualifications and Experience Required
* Proven experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, preferably across multiple sites.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in using workplace management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability practices.
* Budget management experience and ability to analyse financial data effectively.
