The role of a Back of House Nandoca is simple…to clean the restaurant to the highest standard overnight.
What I do
Good at cleaning? Can you work shift from 11Pm to 3Am?
1. You will need to reset each position throughout the night and clean every area in the back of house
2. work with another person.
3. I handle deep cleaning to Nando’s high standards
4. I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures
