Engineering Team Leader
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Training & Development
Location: St Albans (Commutable from Watford, Luton, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, and surrounding areas)
Are you an experienced engineer looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can manage operations, mentor a team, and drive technical excellence?

On offer is a technically challenging, hands-on leadership role where you will plan and schedule maintenance, oversee preventative and reactive work, manage suppliers and contractors, maintain accurate compliance records, support CAPA processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
