As Part Exchange Manager your duties will include: Instruct and examine valuation reports from surveyors and estate agents for prospective customers referred by the sales team from across the region (Aberdeen, Fife, Angus, Perthshire). Develop strong relationships with local surveyors and estate agents. Advise customers on the most effective course of action to meet their needs regarding the sale of their existing property, ensuring alignment with the build rate of the new home. Maintaining the portfolio of properties on the open market, managing viewing interest, negotiating received offers, and overseeing settlement. Arranging property maintenance for homes now owned by the company. To be successful in the role, we are looking for someone with the following qualities: Well organised. Previous experience in a similar role. Negotiation, influencing and ‘deal-making’ skills. Self-disciplined with good time management. Good inter-personal and communication skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds. Self-confident, decisive, problem solver and forward thinker. Customer centric approach.
