INTERNAL ONLY WHAT IS ON OFFER Alfred H Knight has an exciting internal opportunity for a Logistics Administrator within our Energy Services (Solid Fuels) team in Rotherham. This is a pivotal role acting as a key liaison between our clients, laboratories, and test centres. In addition to core administrative support, this position involves a focus on logistics planning to ensure the seamless delivery of our high-quality UK services. To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE Essential Logistics Awareness: An understanding of or interest in logistics planning and coordination. Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy in data entry and reporting. Team Player: Ability to work effectively within the Energy Services team and remain poised under pressure. Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage your own workload without direct supervision. Proactive Approach: Acting on initiative to solve problems before they escalate. IT Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook). Required Competencies Effective Communication: Confident and professional verbal and written skills. Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. H&S Conscious: A commitment to following and promoting company Health & Safety policies. Required Work Experience Proven experience in an administrative role involving high-volume data entry or reporting. Experience in client liaison or customer service within a professional environment.
