Were recruiting a commercially driven National Accounts Manager to join a growing, multi-brand food manufacturing group supplying major UK retailers. With ambitious acquisition and organic growth plans, this is a key role within the commercial team.
The Role
Youll manage and develop accounts across major supermarkets, discounters, and convenience/wholesale operators. This is a broad retail role with responsibility for driving listings, NPD launches, distribution growth, and overall commercial performance.
Youll combine strategic account management with hands-on retail execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
About You
Branded food manufacturing background
Experience managing UK grocery retail accounts
Direct exposure to at least one major supermarket
Experience within SME or challenger brands (essential)
Strong category insight and data-led selling capability
Proven track record delivering distribution gains and NPD launches
Whats On Offer
Salary up to £50,000 + car allowance + 10% bonus
