This role sits at the heart of the school's pastoral and safeguarding systems, supporting the wellbeing, safety and day-to-day welfare of students across the school. As a Student Welfare Officer, you'll work closely with safeguarding leads, pastoral teams and external agencies to ensure that every young person feels supported, heard and able to engage with their curriculum and progression. You'll help with triage, emotional support, early intervention, attendance concerns and the routines that keep vulnerable students on track.
