The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, a respected housing provider, were recruiting a Property Services Officer to join their dynamic Property Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive individual to support the smooth delivery of repairs, maintenance, compliance, and health & safety services. Youll play a key role in keeping systems up to date, coordinating works, and ensuring residents receive clear, timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day admin support to the Property Services team
Maintain accurate property and compliance records
Manage resident and internal enquiries, including the repairs inbox
Coordinate appointments, inspections, and contractor visits
Support insurance claims and contractor panel admin
Assist with adaptations and resident updates on planned works
What Were Looking For
Proven admin/coordination experience (housing or property services ideal)
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and data systems
Proactive, resident-focused, and a team player
Knowledge of property compliance (e.g., gas, fire, asbestos)
