Astraseal is one of the largest and most prominent manufacturers and suppliers of UPVC and Aluminium glazing products and solutions in the UK.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Aluminium Production Operative to join our busy manufacturing team. Working within our state-of-the-art facility, youll play a key role in the fabrication and assembly of our aluminium products.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery
Follow technical drawings and production schedules accurately
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
Report any faults or issues with equipment or materials promptly
Assist with loading/unloading and packaging of finished products
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in aluminium fabrication or a similar production role preferred but not necessity
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
Strong work ethic and team player attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
