PE Global is currently recruiting for a Product Supply Analyst with an accounting background for a leading global health and hygiene client based in Barrow-in-Furness.
This is an initial 12-18 month contract position, working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Pay Rate is up to £20.50 per hour
Responsibilities
* Deliver detailed analysis on performance to the leadership team for decision-making to minimize manufacturing costs and meet mill objectives.
* Support in identifying opportunities for improving cost performance to ensure a competitive manufacturing facility.
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, providing performance insights to the business.
* Ensure adherence to corporate financial controls and processes.
Qualifications and Experience
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Accounting background, ideally studying towards a chartered finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.).
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build effective work relationships.
