The Role
You will have overall responsibility for admissions strategy and operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming experience for prospective families from first enquiry through to enrolment. Working closely with the Head and senior leadership team, you will play a central role in shaping the school's future intake and sustaining strong pupil numbers.

* Leading the admissions process across all entry points
* Developing and delivering admissions and recruitment strategy
* Managing enquiries, visits, assessments, offers, and enrolments
* Acting as a key point of contact for prospective parents and pupils

* Using data to forecast demand, track conversion, and inform planning
* Working closely with marketing colleagues on messaging and outreach
* Managing admissions systems, records, and compliance
* Line-managing admissions staff where applicable
