Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chesham with some flexibility for remote work. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage relationships with clients and partners, and contribute to the growth of the company. Your daily responsibilities will include building a pipeline of opportunities, conducting client meetings, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored AV solutions. You will also keep abreast of industry trends to identify potential new markets and refine sales strategies to align with client needs.
Qualifications
* Business Development and Sales expertise, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
* Knowledge of Audio-Visual systems, Video Conferencing, and Digital Signage solutions
* Networking and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
* Strong communication, presentation abilities, and proposal writing skills
* Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools to track activities and manage pipelines
* Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, supporting both in-office and remote requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role within the AV or technology sector is a plus
