Role : Team Assistant Type : Temporary Cover (2 Weeks) Location : Central London Dates : Monday 3rd November – Friday 14th November About the Role : An investment firm is looking for a confident and capable Team Assistant to provide temporary support to their dynamic Investment and Research Teams. This role will involve supporting 14 professionals, primarily the Investment Team (12 people) and occasionally the Research Team (2 people). You’ll be stepping into a fast paced and friendly environment, helping to ensure smooth operations during a key period. A handover will take place on Thursday 30th October, and your final day will include a wrap up on Friday 14th November. What You’ll Do: Provide day to day administrative support (e.g. scheduling meetings, managing calendars, printing, scanning, binding documents) Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements (hotels, flights, airport transfers, dinners, etc.) Liaise with external travel agents and vendors Proactively spot scheduling conflicts and help the team stay organised Be the go to person for general team support throughout the two weeks Who You Are: Have previous experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities Have a friendly, approachable demeanour and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment Comfortable managing complex calendars and coordinating travel logistics Quick to learn and confident stepping into a busy team with minimal supervision JU123122 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
