About the role
As a Wedding & Events Coordinator in Hook, you’ll be the key contact for couples and clients, ensuring every detail of their special day runs perfectly. Working in a picturesque country hotel just outside Basingstoke, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in events within a supportive and professional hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll:
7. Manage and coordinate weddings and private events from enquiry to delivery
8. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is delivered flawlessly
9. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage timings and logistics
10. Oversee event setup and ensure exceptional guest experiences
11. Handle reactive enquiries – no proactive business development required
What we’re looking for

12. Experience as a Wedding & Events Coordinator or in a similar events role
13. Excellent organisational and communication skills
