 
        LI-DNI Team Overview: the specialist European Development and Repurposing platform is a pillar of the pan-European asset management function focused on larger, more complex and higher-return developments. The Development & Repurposing team is a centre of technical and commercial expertise that allows LaSalle Europe to expertly create value (and manage risk) via development on a scale. The team is also responsible for best practice, alignment and implementation of our Sustainability/NZC strategy on new assets across our investment strategies. The D&R team is currently composed of 7 Development & Asset Managers. The team is currently managing 14 developments/ refurbishment in 7 different countries representing a portfolio of approximately € 5.2 billion of Net Development Value (i.e. circ.20% of current LaSalle European AUM). The main roles of the D&R team are: During the capital deployment phase, work closely with the acquisition team to advise and validate deals, negotiations and assumptions, Identify potential value creation opportunities within client portfolios to drive performance through alternative uses & repurposing, redevelopment, refurbishments, Execute proactive asset management strategies aligned with business plans to maximise returns and ensure asset liquidity, Lead developments across Europe through practical completion, mitigating risks throughout the process while maintaining accountability for budget and programme management. Define and deliver leasing strategies including the negotiation of lease contracts, lease regears, renewals, rent reviews Manage key stakeholder relationships, including regular reporting to fund management / investors and lenders, Manage third-party relationship: E.g. Development (development manager, project manager, design team, contractors, etc.), leasing agents, solicitors, and technical professionals. Prepare and update asset-level business plans and budget projections. Supervise property management operations through managing agents including invoicing, rent collection, and optimisation of building operating costs, Prepare and manage asset sales alongside the Transaction team: data room management, due diligence responses, and negotiations. Advise and share knowledge of local market conditions, practices, and trends with the wider LaSalle business. Role and Accountabilities: We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our London team, working closely with senior colleagues on a range of high-profile City developments and core assets across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to both traditional asset management and major development projects, while building the technical, financial, and client-facing skills to progress your career. You will support senior team members across a diverse portfolio, from flagship office redevelopments in the City of London to income-producing regional assets (office and retail) in markets such as Leeds, Manchester, Cardiff, and Brighton. Over time, you will have the opportunity to step into a lead role on selected assets as you develop confidence and client-readiness. You are expected to deliver a comprehensive scope of asset management services throughout the complete asset lifecycle, from acquisition through leasing and property management operations to successful disposition. In addition, as part of your role, you will conduct market research to understand demand for real estate products, ESG standards and markets trends, deriving opportunities for our client portfolios and new developments. You will gain extensive knowledge of project management as well as asset management developing financial analysis and negotiation skills. Accountabilities: Asset Management: Assist in the management of a diverse UK portfolio (office and some retail), including day-to-day oversight, performance monitoring, and business plan execution. Draft recommendation papers, business plans, budgets, and reports for senior review and client presentation. Respond to ad-hoc investor requests and provide timely analysis. Support leasing initiatives, preparing market analysis and financial assessments. Monitor tenant engagement, ESG initiatives, and operational performance. Maintain comprehensive asset oversight: tenancy schedules, rent collection monitoring, guarantees management, Capex works, and property documentation. Develop and update annual property budgets and strategic business plans for individual assets Coordinate property valuations with external experts and analyse valuation reports. Contribute to sales processes through data room preparation and due diligence monitoring. Drive ESG performance improvements including certifications, GRESB ratings, net-zero carbon initiatives, etc. Development Support Contribute to the delivery of major London office redevelopments, including consultant coordination, feasibility analysis, and reporting. Assist with development appraisals and financial modelling. Provide support of administrative, contractual and organisational tasks (such as handling of compliance documents, full cycle handling of RFPs, contract, cost controlling and invoice approvals, etc.) Consolidate consultant inputs (cost, programme, leasing, ESG) into structured updates. Analysis & Reporting Maintain up-to-date asset cash flows, lease trackers, and project action logs. Prepare high-quality PowerPoint and Word materials for investment committees, clients, and fund managers. Extract and collate information from multiple sources into clear, concise outputs. Administration & Organisation Manage key project documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up actions. Support billing and consultant invoice processes. Support of annual Property Insurance renewal process by collecting and aggregating data Support the implementation of new tools and technology solutions Monitoring of tenant data (IT based: GENIE): regular data validation and follow-up on rent collection in close cooperation with Property Manager. Candidate Profile Experience: 2–4 years in real estate, ideally within asset management, surveying, investment, valuation, or development. RICS qualified (or similar) preferred. Technical skills: Strong Excel and basic financial modelling skills; familiarity with ARGUS or similar desirable. Excellent PowerPoint and report-writing skills. Knowledge: Exposure to a mix of property disciplines (asset management, leasing, valuation, or development). Strong negotiating skills. Personal qualities: Outgoing, collaborative, and able to take initiative proactively. Able to handle both high-level analysis and day-to-day admin with equal professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written format. Ability to work collaboratively with other internal teams including portfolio/fund teams and analysts, finance, strategy and client services. Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously. Able to balance excellent attention to detail with proactive problem solving.
