* Lead the end to end SAP HANA transformation across a large, global, multi disciplinary team
* Guide and mentor a team of 50–80+ experts and leads
* Drive both delivery excellence and growth within the program
* Serve as the primary transformation leader, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
Candidate Profile
* Deep expertise in SAP HANA transformations
* Strong background in global delivery leadership
* Proven experience managing large, distributed teams
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
* Pharma industry experience strongly preferred
