Job Duties / Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
* Use of Outlook.
* Use of Live Chat / Messaging services.
* Utilise CRM database to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
* Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their financial needs.
* Maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations or complaints.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
Requirements/ Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
* Ability to work on Live Chat
* Proficiency in using databases or similar customer relationship management software is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
