Role: ICT Business Partner - Public Sector
Location: Hybrid - WFH plus travel to Thames valley counties 2 days per week.

Business Relationship Manager / Service Delivery Manager experience, bridging the gap between Business Units and ICT. Technology road mapping, driving User Experience, writing Business Cases, Information Governance and Assurance, clean and current UK driving license and eligibility for Security Clearance.

Work with the Senior Business Partner to manage relationships with key stakeholders across a variety of Business Units and at varying stages of ICT projects. Meet with Senior Management heads to establish and document their IT requirement, document business cases, project funding, cost modelling, supplier discussions, collaborating with technical architects to understand the impact on the technology roadmap. Subsequent evaluation of outcomes and User Experience reporting.
Identify gaps / business needs and fully document
Build ICT technology roadmap awareness across the organisation
Understand project costs and subsequent lifecycle costs
3/4+ years in ICT Business Process Mapping / Business Partnering type roles, ideally gained within a Public Sector organization, (ie. Local or Central Government or Policing)
Excellent relationship building skills with stakeholders
ITIL best practise, ideally v3 or v.4 ITIL certified, (BRMP is desirable but not essential)
Strong desire to drive User Experience at all times and awareness of the User Journey throughout all new business cases / projects
Demonstrable understanding and experience with associated ICT costs and ability to drive effective solutions based on improved services, cost-efficiency and benefits realisation
Energy and drive to engage with all key stakeholders and deliver the best ICT solutions to each business need
Clean and current UK driving license and a willingness to travel to Oxfordshire and neighbouring counties up to 2/3 times per week if required.
