As our Casual Food & Beverage Assistant, your main duties will be: · Providing the service of food and beverage products in the restaurant, predominantly working within the bar and cellar stocking shelves and occasionally being available for breakfast or evening restaurant team, or Meetings & Events working weddings, functions and other events · Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers. · Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines. · Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
