As a Deputy Service Manager at Hft, you'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. As the Deputy Service Manager, you will support the CQC-registered manager overseeing a residential service providing personal care within the Edenbridge site in Kent.

About the role
Alongside the Service Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining high standards of clinical and personal support, promoting independence and choice. You will support the management of service quality and safety, supervise support staff, and promote good practice to ensure safety and satisfaction of those supported.
Essential: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
About you
* Recent, significant management experience in learning disabilities services, possibly as a Registered Manager
* Knowledge of legislation, CQC regulations, and health and safety
* Good IT skills and record-keeping experience
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or willingness to undertake this qualification within 18 months
* Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate staff
