CNC Miller - Programmer / Setter / Operator (3 Axis)
Oxfordshire £30,000 - £42,000 DOE + Overtime Permanent | Early Friday Finish
This is not a button-pushing role.
A well-established and highly respected precision engineering company is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their skilled team. The business manufactures high-spec components for demanding industries including motorsport, defence, electronics, and advanced technology.

The Role
You will be responsible for the full machining process, including:
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
* Offline programming using Hypermill
* Working from detailed engineering drawings and CAD models
* Machining to tight tolerances
* Operating YCM mills with Heidenhain controls
* Inspecting your own work to ensure high-quality standards
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 4+ years' experience in precision CNC milling
* The ability to programme, set, and run jobs independently
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings
* A high level of attention to detail and pride in your work

* Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm (early finish)
