ThebusinessisenteringitsnextphaseofdevelopmentandisseekinganexperiencedPartTimeFinanceDirectortoprovidestrategicandoperationalfinancialleadership.
TheFinanceDirectorwillberesponsibleforoverseeingallfinancialaspectsofthebusiness,ensuringrobustfinancialcontrol,complianceandstrategicinsighttosupportsustainablegrowthandeffectivedecisionmaking.

ProvidestrategicfinancialleadershipandactasatrustedadvisortotheBoardandseniorleadershipteam
Overseefinancialplanning,budgeting,forecastingandcashflowmanagement
Ensureaccurateandtimelyproductionofmonthlymanagementaccountsandstatutoryfinancialstatements
Maintainstrongfinancialcontrols,governanceandriskmanagementframeworks
Ensurecompliancewithallrelevantregulatory,statutoryandtaxrequirements
Leadanddevelopthefinancefunction,includingoversightofdaytodayfinanceoperations
Supportbusinessplanning,investmentappraisalandperformanceanalysis
Liaisewithexternalstakeholdersincludingauditors,banks,advisorsandregulators
Contributetooperationalandcommercialdecisionmakingacrosstheorganisation
