Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Sutton Contract Type: Full-time / Long-term Start Date: Immediate or As soon as possible About the Role: Protocol Education is looking for a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Sutton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs (SEN), including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and emotional or behavioural needs. Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN. Work alongside class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support plans. Encourage pupils’ engagement, confidence, and independence in learning. Support pupils with personal care or physical needs when necessary. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting). A calm, patient, and proactive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
