* Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime only)

The Job Role
* Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume contract catering site
* Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx.
* 90% fresh, inclusive of all bread and pastry production
* Chef Manager to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
* A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only with 10 weeks holiday
The Requirements
* A strong Head Chef or Chef Manager with exceptional School or high-quality contract catering background.
* A genuine love for food
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
* Chef Manager or Head Chef with experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
* A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
