Role Overview
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, supporting your Head Chef and Sous Chef while taking real ownership of your section during busy service.
You will play an important role in driving standards, supporting the development of junior chefs, and helping ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently and consistently.
Responsibilities
* Run your section with confidence during service
* Support the wider kitchen team to deliver high standards
* Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
* Help manage rotas and maintain kitchen efficiency
* Coaching and developing junior team members
* Maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
* Contribute to a positive, motivated and high-performing kitchen culture
