We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and customer-focused Application Support Coordinator to manage our helpdesk operations, change control processes and provide second-line support to College staff. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical back-office systems, including Student Records Management, HR/Payroll, and Finance.

What Youll Be Doing

Coordinating the helpdesk workload and ensuring timely resolution of support requests.

Investigating and resolving application support issues while keeping customers informed of progress.

Liaising with our development team to escalate and address complex technical matters.

Monitoring system trends and identifying potential issues, reporting concerns to the Head of Department.

Maintaining accurate records, including change logs, system upgrades, and configuration updates.

Communicating with stakeholders about software updates, patches, and system improvements.
