Key Responsibilities
โ Manage NEC & JCT contracts
โ Monitor project costs, revenue, and profitability
โ Handle payments, variations, and final accounts
โ Negotiate with clients and subcontractors
โ Collaborate with Estimating, Finance, and Contracts teams
What We're Looking For
โ QS experience in civil engineering or construction
โ Strong commercial and negotiation skills
โ Excellent numerical, analytical, and IT skills
โ Ability to manage multiple projects
