Hours: 7.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
What You'll Be Doing
Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects
Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided)
Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts
Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority
Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck work
What We're Looking For
Previous industry experience preferred
Background within Warehouse Management, ideally within construction materials
A positive team player who is a strong and inclusive leader
A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a 'customer 1st' attitude
Confident working both indoors and outdoors
Strong focus on Health & Safety
Commercial acumen
