Role Purpose: Responsible for the despatch of the drivers and subcontractors’ paperwork, with the highest level of customer service This is a Maternity Cover for up to 12 months. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Engage with all external customers by communicating in a friendly and professional manner ensuring that they are left with a lasting positive impression of our delivery service. Answering and responding to all incoming calls in a prompt and polite manner. Ensure that any external customer’s queries or concerns are dealt with in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, following the relevant company guidelines. Ensure inbound/outbound paperwork is completed promptly and accurately. Booking in of external collections Responsible for checking haulier invoices Undertake administrative and filing duties to meet needs of Transport Administration. Participate as an effective and willing team member in order to achieve individual and team goals. Ensure that the Health and Safety of yourself, Customers and Colleagues is not at risk, by taking all reasonable steps to ensure safety in the workplace. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
