Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Production and Packing Operatives to join our client in Cwmbran.
This is a temporary ongoing position offering steady work within a supportive manufacturing environment. The role can be physically demanding and repetitive at times, so reliability, focus, and a strong work ethic are key.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production and packing of aerosol products.
* Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.
* Work effectively within a team and independently.
* Follow written and verbal work instructions.
* Comply with site policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping across all areas.
* Support production and packaging operations to meet daily targets.
Hours and Pay:
* Shifts: Days and rotating AM/PM shifts may be required.
* Flexibility is essential to support business needs.
* Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, increasing to £12.32 per hour after 12 weeks.
* Overtime: Paid after 39 hours (Monday to Friday).
* Shift Premium: Paid after 12 weeks if working a rotating AM/PM pattern.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good timekeeping and reliability.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive work.
