Job Description
Be the direct contact for key stakeholders to communicate the value proposition; be the main executor of the infield brand strategy. Develop customer relationships whilst maximising opportunities based on strong account plans.
Customer selling and relationship management:
* Drive Sales – Own the customer engagement for target HCPs across channels, to reflect customer preferences, leveraging available content and multiple engagement channels
* Develop SMART pre call objectives in line with territory plans and aligned to brand strategy.
* Effectively handle objections or concerns. Gain a logical, reasonable call to action/close on every sales call.
* Educate medical providers, decision makers, and healthcare professionals.
* Identify & develop disease state experts building advocacy aligned to territory plan.
Market Intelligence:
* Organise and manage stakeholder meetings
* Differentiates AbbVie's value proposition to physicians or other stakeholders from competitors
* Strong communication skills, ability to adapt style based on customer insights
Clinical and Market Knowledge Development:
* Deep understanding of the product and its place within the NHS healthcare economy
* Navigate NHS ecosystem barriers & identify opportunities for collaborative results
* Share best practices to enhance success
* Develop and implement growth plans for current and future opportunities
* Demonstrate expertise in disease, product, market, and competitive intelligence
* Understand the multi-stakeholder environment
Territory Management:
* Analyze sales reports and field intelligence to adapt the territory plan
* Collaborate with medical colleagues to support customer needs and regional/national programs
* Develop a business plan aligned with brand strategy
* Target and track resources to maximize sales opportunities
* Adhere to industry and AbbVie compliance requirements
Qualifications
* Proven pharmaceutical sales success
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Solutions-focused, positive attitude
* Strategic mindset, data analytics proficiency
* Experience in Immunology or specialty care is advantageous but not essential
* Strong engagement skills, capable of remote and in-person interactions
* Solution-focused, resilient, positive attitude
