Security Supervisor Contract: Professional Services, Production & Technology Location: Slough, SL3 8XP Hours of work: 56 Working Pattern: 3 days / 3 nights / 3 off Contract Type: Permanent Hourly Rate: £16.17 We are seeking a proactive and experienced SCC Supervisor to manage the effective delivery of Security Control Centre (SCC) operations at the Langley hub. This role is responsible for the monitoring and management of all security systems operated from the SCC, ensuring high standards of compliance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction across the estate. The successful candidate will play a key part in supervising SCC staff, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a safe, secure and customer-focused control room environment. The Role Act as the single point of contact for SCC operations, driving performance and a customer-focused approach. Oversee the compliant delivery of SCC functions, including remote monitoring of IDS, CCTV, access control and related systems. Supervise SCC remote controllers, security officers and relief officers, ensuring effective deployment and staff welfare. Support Security Management in delivering operational excellence, continuous improvement and service quality. Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions. Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation, company policies and security industry standards. Conduct security scenario testing, audits and reviews, identifying improvements where required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date SCC documentation, including SOPs, risk assessments and assignment instructions. About You Strong focus on achieving operational and service delivery targets.
