The Company ATP Media is the broadcast and media arm of the ATP Tour. The company manages the production, distribution and commercial exploitation of the broadcast rights of the ATP Masters 1000 and Nitto ATP Finals tennis tournaments as well as the ATP 500 events, ATP 250s and the ATP Next Gen Finals. The company also owns and operates Tennis TV, the official live video streaming subscription service of the ATP Tour. Tennis TV streams every ATP Tour tournament to a global audience, with over 2,000 live matches a year, to www.tennistv.com and a wide range of streaming devices. About The Role The company is looking for an ambitious, organised, hard-working professional to join the Production Management team. Alongside the other members of the Production management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the logistics and travel of all ATP Media staff and freelancers, to the various tournaments worldwide. The role will also involve travel to some of the ATP 1000s events and some weekend working, whilst onsite at a tournament. Responsibilities Organise travel and on-site logistics for staff and freelancers travelling to events across the globe - including but not limited to flights, accreditation and visas Managing relationships with tournament organisers and suppliers Creating and updating accreditation lists for Host Broadcast personnel and onsite International Broadcasters. Setting up conference calls and taking meeting minutes Arranging carnets when required Creating and sending out freelancer contracts Producing Production Manuals Liaising with our remote production hub supplier Updating and creating risk assessments Processing Invoices and cost reporting to the Head of Production Management Providing other general assistance to the Production Management team as required to ensure the smooth running of the department Requirements A degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field Excellent organisational skills and planning abilities – able to work on multiple projects at once Strong attention to detail and first-class communication skills, including experience liaising with important company stakeholders A team player with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility around working hours as required Right to live and work within the UK Valid passport – overseas travel is required Preferable for the candidate to have experience of working in live sport but not essential.
