ATP Media is the broadcast and media arm of the ATP Tour. The company manages the production, distribution and commercial exploitation of the broadcast rights of the ATP Masters 1000 and Nitto ATP Finals tennis tournaments as well as the ATP 500 events, ATP 250s and the ATP Next Gen Finals.
The company also owns and operates Tennis TV, the official live video streaming subscription service of the ATP Tour. Tennis TV streams every ATP Tour tournament to a global audience, with over 2,000 live matches a year, to and a wide range of streaming devices.
About the Role
The company is looking for an ambitious, organised, hard-working professional to join the Production Management team.
Alongside the other members of the Production management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for organising the logistics and travel of ATP Media staff and freelancers in the Non-Live team. There may be an opportunity to travel but this is an office based role.

Responsibilities
* Organise travel and on-site logistics for staff and freelancers travelling to events across the globe - including but not limited to flights, accreditation and visas.
* Organising multiple shoots, including filming permissions or any other licences
* Managing relationships with tournament organisers
* Creating and updating accreditation lists for the Non-Live team
* Setting up conference calls and taking meeting minutes
* Hiring camera equipment and arranging carnets when required
* Post Production paperwork where required
* Creating and sending out freelancer contracts
* Producing Production Manuals
* Creating and tracking freelancer calendars
* Processing Invoices and cost reporting to the Production Manager
* Providing other general assistance to the Production Management team as required to ensure the smooth running of the department
Requirements
* The candidate will need to have at least 2 year's experience working as a Production Coordinator or equivalent role
* A degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field
* Excellent organisational skills and planning abilities – able to work on multiple projects at once
* Strong attention to detail and first-class communication skills, including experience liaising with important company stakeholders
* A team player with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility around working hours as required
* Right to live and work within the UK
* Valid passport – overseas travel is required
* Preferable for the candidate to have experience of working in live sport but not
