Working closely with a cluster of farmers and a wide range of strategic partners, the project will demonstrate how sustainable farming and food production can deliver significant benefits for nature and natural resources. It directly supports key RSPB Cymru priorities, including peatland restoration and Curlew conservation. A central focus of the role is establishing effective, joined-up advice and support for farmers engaging with the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS), helping to shape delivery at both farm and landscape scale.
